Deine Mission
- Mitarbeit in der gesamten Buchhaltung, insbesondere der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
- Erledigung des Mahnwesen und Abstimmung mit Inkassodiensten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Buchhalterische Erfassung der Kassen, Banken und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Vorbereitung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Erfahrungen in einer kaufmännischen, buchhalterischen oder in einer buchhaltungsnahen Rolle sammeln können oder bist motiviert, zahlenaffin und hast Lust auf einen Einstieg in der Buchhaltung
- Du bist detailorientiert und gewissenhaft
- Dein Organisationstalent, Deine Selbstständigkeit und Dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
- Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere über einen souveränen Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen mit DATEV Unternehmen Online und DATEV Rechnungswesen sammeln
- Du kommunizierst gerne und Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
